Abstract
PURPOSE:
To introduce a technique for the diagnosis of interosseous ligament (IOL) disruption based on lateral displacement of the radius after radial head resection and to determine the cutoff value of the lateral displacement for the diagnosis of disruption, the best elbow position for testing, and the diagnostic performance of the technique in different positions.
CONCLUSIONS:
This maneuver was reliable and accurate in cadavers with complete IOL disruption. It is likely that in an intraoperative setting, these results will be reproducible.

Resumen
PROPÓSITO:
Para introducir una técnica para el diagnóstico de ligamento interóseo (IOL) interrupción basada en un desplazamiento lateral del radio después de la resección y para determinar el valor de corte de desplazamiento lateral para el diagnóstico de la interrupción, la mejor posición del codo para las pruebas, y la cabeza del radio rendimiento diagnóstico de la técnica en diferentes posiciones.
CONCLUSIONES:
Esta maniobra era fiable y precisa en cadáveres con la interrupción completa LIO. Es probable que en un entorno intraoperatorio, estos resultados sean reproducibles.
