it’s not an open fracture
now you should do a cast , non union is very common especially the ulna -
Mustafa Abdelhaleem I think the main Problem is not rotation but non-union in the Ulna , I think radius is capable to unit closely in such a case , I agree about slab because this fixation is relative and unstable. -

Sanjay Tripathi AEpop cast is must for 6 wks ..dear dr mustafa you may use please.I have done more then 25 case till now no nonunion or malunion only complication I found is slight restriction of pron nd supn. -

Budha Prakash Wid full confidence it can be practiced as produces almost expected and satisfactory result, although i hv not the datas but for last 3years i m using this method n getting almost100%result with least expd,least comlictions, pt friendly in regard to expence, the only diff at the place of enders m using sqare nails -
