Ashwinkumar Khandge Nicely done..Have seen a similar case operated by reconstruction of metacarparls using vascularised fibular graft…pt will need his metacarpals for any functional usage of the hand.- Paras Gupta Thumb was not injured so all the movements of thumb are preserved. Rest of the fingures are having 10 -15 degrees of palmer and dorsiflexion.

He came for amputation.but this is best what I could offer to him.
