40 year old male presented with malunited fracture of 1st metatarsal (10 year old).He was unable to use any function of thumb. Corrective osteotomy done . Better suggestions are most welcome.

Aamir Bashir If he had this deformity for the last 10 years then what for the soft tissues ..was there any contracture you had to release or lengthening procedure !!
